No Longer Hangry

Okay, I ate some ribs that fell off the bone and now I feel a little better. I cooked them at 275 covered with a little water at the bottom of the pan for about 3 1/2 hours. I dry rubbed them with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

I pulled them out and uncovered them. The wet mop was about 6 different barbecue sauces mixed together with the pan drippings and Worcestershire sauce. I cranked the oven to 420 because that makes me smile and put them in for 20 minutes. Every 5 minutes I pulled them out and re-mopped the ribs.

What I’m trying to say is I ate and was able to come back to WordPress and fiddle around a little more without throwing the computer in the James River.

I still don’t know how to fix the email problem though.
